THINGS I STRUGGLE WITH AS A CONTENT CREATOR

Struggles of a Content Creator 

    In today's blog, I will be discussing the biggest struggles of a content creator. These are challenges that I am certain I do not face alone; every social media content creator must have experienced them. I will be sharing the challenges along with the solutions, at least the ones that have worked for me. My name is Daniel, and I sincerely hope you learn from this!

1) Being consistent

     This is one of the most common challenges - staying consistent. Personally, it took me quite a while to figure this out. When I first started content creation, I always wondered how other content creators could post two or three times a day; it always amazed me. Unfortunately, I never found out how others did it, but I found a way to go about it. I actually learned this trick from the book "The 4-Hour Work Week" by Timothy Ferris. I also came to the conclusion that you can't create content every single day, so instead, choose two days in the week to make all your content for the whole week. One day for indoor videos and the other for outdoor videos. If you want to be consistent and post twice a day, you're aiming to create 14 videos to last you the whole week; this will save you a lot of time and energy. For me personally, it only takes me 2-3 hours a day to make all these videos. Also, try using one clip for at least 2 or 3 contents to increase the number of videos you will have at the end. 2) No results

    Working hard with few or no results can be a very painful experience, often accompanied by a range of emotions. It's normal to feel frustrated, angry, or sad when you're giving your all but not seeing the desired outcome. However, it's crucial to remember: NEVER GIVE UP!

When I was just starting out, there were times I felt like crying. It's especially tough when friends or acquaintances mention your lack of progress, which can feel humiliating. My advice? Embrace the journey and find joy in creating and sharing your content. Even the tough moments will become valuable parts of your success story in hindsight.

Keep posting consistently, as sometimes all it takes is one viral video to change your trajectory. Stay persistent and confident in your journey, knowing that your content and experiences will inspire others someday. If you notice your content isn't resonating, don't be afraid to switch things up. Learn from successful creators in your niche, analyze their viral videos, and adapt your approach accordingly.

Remember, good things take time, but with perseverance and a willingness to evolve, your efforts will pay off.

3) Fear

     Fear always plays a big part in every creator's journey, but it is how you deal with it that matters. The truth is that everyone is afraid, but what you do with that fear is what makes the difference, and the same goes for content creation. I used to be so afraid of what people would think or say, or of running out of content ideas. But then I realized, what's the point? Action is the biggest conqueror of fear. Just keep doing your thing and ignore the fear, and before you know it, you'll become fearless. Regardless of where you are in life, fear is something that sticks around, but you can always overcome it. Live for yourself, be free, be fearless, post your content, and find joy in doing it.
